Asda Grated Cheese

Butter Spray Oil

Cheap Ham

Black Pepper

Parsley
Instructions
Turn on Ring and heat up a Medium Frying Pan with some Spray Oil.
Mix up Eggs with a Fork and dice up the Ham.
Add Eggs and leave for a Minute then move around the top layer of egg mix to the edge of the pan until the mix starts to get less runny.
Add Herbs etc and leave until all mix is cooked.
Loosen Omelette and flip over with a Fish Slice.
Add Cheese & Ham with a little Black Pepper to one side of the Omelette.
Leave to cook for a Minute or so then transfer to plate by putting the food side on plate and then turning the other half on top.
