Chicken & Peppercorn Sauce
With Mash Potato, Spring Onion, Carrots & Green Beans.

  1. Slice Chicken in Half, open up then turn over and cover with a food bag then gently flatten to make the Chicken more “even” to cook easier.
  2. Add some Spray Oil and Salt & Pepper then cook on George Forman for 2-3 Minutes on each side but switch 12/6 – 3/9 to add a nice set of lines on the Chicken.
  3. Place Mash in Microwave for 90 Seconds to soften up then add Spring Onion, Salt & Pepper and sit to one side.
  4. Add Beans & Carrots to a Microwave safe dish (cup) in Water and heat for 2 Minutes.
  5. Boil Kettle and add 65ml Boiling Water to 10g (x2 tsp) Peppercorn Sauce Granules.
  6. Place Mash & Cups of Veg in Microwave for another 1-2 Minutes.
  7. Beans & Carrots are now ready so empty Water then tip onto a Kitchen Roll (on counter) to get rid of any spare Water and give Mash a Final Stir.
  8. Chicken is now ready so add a bit more water to Peppercorn Sauce then pour on a plate with the Mash then the Green Beans & Carrots with the Chicken on top.
