Chicken Stir Fry
A larger version of my < 300 dish... Super easy & super tasty.

Instructions
  1. Dice up Chicken Breast or cut in to Strips.
  2. Fry up the Chicken Breast on a medium to high heat with Garlic Spray Oil & Black Pepper, don’t go mental with cooking as you are only looking to basically cook the outside and give a nice colour.
  3. Add some Soy Sauce & Garlic Puree about half of what you will use total and cook Chicken for another 1-2 minutes.
  4. Add Veg and turn up heat to full for a couple of minutes then add the rest of the Soy Sauce & Garlic Puree and turn off heat while cooking on the remaining heat for a couple of minutes.
