Instructions
Preheat Oven to 200.
Spray Chicken with Butter Spray Oil and a little Black Pepper.
Cook for roughly 30 minutes (I cover with foil for the first 20)
After 25 Minutes Fry Mushrooms in a little Butter Spray Oil on a medium heat roughly 7-8 minutes.
At the same time use a little Pot and add Spray Oil, Salt and Black pepper to a pan…
Cook for 2-3 minutes then add Cream and a little more Black Pepper.
Take out Chicken and sit to one side to rest.
Cook Sauce for another 2-3 minutes.
