  1. Preheat Oven to 200.
  2. Spray Chicken with Butter Spray Oil and a little Black Pepper.
  3. Cook for roughly 30 minutes (I cover with foil for the first 20)
  4. After 25 Minutes Fry Mushrooms in a little Butter Spray Oil on a medium heat roughly 7-8 minutes.
  5. At the same time use a little Pot and add Spray Oil, Salt and Black pepper to a pan…
  6. Cook for 2-3 minutes then add Cream and a little more Black Pepper.
  7. Take out Chicken and sit to one side to rest.
  8. Cook Sauce for another 2-3 minutes.
