Instructions
  1. Cut Pre-Boiled Eggs (chilled) in half and take the Yolk out.
  2. Mix Yolk with Mayonnaise, Salt & Black Pepper.
  3. Place Mixture in a small Food bag and cut corner to use as a Piping bag.
  4. Refill Boiled Eggs and Sprinkle Paprika and a little Fresh Chives.
  5. Chill Eggs while you mix up Salad and then put together with Blue Cheese Dressing topped with Chives.
