Ham & Philadelphia Chicken
Really easy to make and when prepared in advanced it’s GREAT… Also tastes AMAZING.

Instructions
  1. Place Chicken “Sexy Side” down then slice (clock face) 11 to 7 the 1 to 5…
  2. Turn around and cover with cling film and gently flatten a little.
  3. Turn back around and place ham on top with Philadelphia, Salt & Pepper…
  4. Get some Tin Foil then pull together (over lapping) then place messy side down…
  5. A wee spray of Oil and some more Salt & Pepper then lightly cover with Foil and cook 200 degrees 30 mins… Juices will be clear when ready.
  6. Take Foil off and turn off oven but stick back in for 5 minutes.
  7. Fry off the Veg then add EVERYTHING else and fry on a high heat for a 3-4 minutes.
