Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Pre-heat Oven to 200 degrees.
  2. Grate Cauliflower and pop in the microwave for 3.5 minutes
  3. Mix in Cheddar then add One Egg White and combine.
  4. Cook on grease proof paper with a little spray Oil for 18 minutes at 200 degrees.
  5. NB: The Mixture looks a bit watery but it’s just the egg and will be fine when cooked.
  6. I left to cool down and then placed in fridge for later.
