Prawn & Chili Omelette
So many flavours that you wouldn’t expect to work but simply it’s a GREAT dish.

Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Whisk 3 Eggs together.
  2. Dice up Pepper, Chili & Onion.
  3. Place Two Pans on a Medium heat.
  4. In a Medium Pan use Garlic Oil and cook Veg Mix for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add Prawns and cook for another 2-3 Minutes.
  6. At the same time use a Large Pan with the Butter Spray and Cook Egg Mix for 3-5 Minutes on a Medium heat then season.
  7. With BOTH pans off heat add Mix & Cheese to the top of the thin Omelette.
  8. Check the bottom of the Omelette to see the Colour and cook more if needed.
  9. Roll Omelette from One side to the Other.
  10. It’s a little bit tricky but Once you do it a few times it’s no prob.
