Ingredients

Tuna Steak

Peeled Potatoes

Sweet Mini Peppers

Baby Plum Tomatoes

Low Fat Pesto

Garlic Spray Oil

Black Pepper
Instructions
Peel Potatoes then Dice and add to cold water, bring to the boil and simmer for a total of 30 minutes.
With 10 minutes remaining Turn on George Forman and coat both sides of the Tuna with Black Pepper.
Fry Peppers & Green Beans in a little garlic Spray Oil for 3-5 minutes THEN add the Tomatoes and cook for another 1-2 Minutes.
Cook Tuna on George Forman but don’t go mental… Cook for a minute then turn 90 degrees then turn over and repeat.
Heat Pesto In a Small Pan for 1-2 Minutes then add the Potatoes by using a Perforated Spoon (Basically to mix)
