  1. Main thing here is to get EVERYTHING ready first.
  2. Chicken: I dice up the Chicken and mix with Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder, Dried Garlic, Chives and stick back in fridge for later.
  3. Next I cut up Veg trying to make similar sizes and place back in Fridge for later.
  4. I Turn on Ring to 5 (of 6) and heat up a Wok or Pan with some Garlic Spray Oil and Fry off Chicken until a nice colour then finish off with some Light Soy Sauce.
  5. Once Chicken looks nearly cooked I add all Veg and fry off for about 2-3 minutes and add a little Spray Oil if needed.
  6. I then add in the Noodles and Fry for another 1-2 Minutes.
  7. I constantly Stir and for a final minute I add some Dark Soy Sauce and serve.
  8. This is essentially a Stir Fry with Noodles and could easily be two portions if you add a little more Veg.
