Ingredients
- 1 Medium Frozen BP
- 115 g Frozen Chicken
- 2 tsp Reduced Mayo
- 2-3 Sprays Butter Spray Oil
- 1-2 Pinch Salt
- 1-2 Pinch Black Pepper

Instructions
- Defrosted Chicken in Fridge overnight.
- Microwaved BP for 3 minutes then turned upside down for another 2.
- After It was ready I split into 4 and coated with Salt & Pepper and a Little Butter Spray Oil then stuck in ActiFry for another 5-6 minutes.
- While I waited for BP to harden up a bit in the ActiFry I mixed the Mayo & Chicken and placed THAT on a plate.
