Welcome to Low.Calorie.Recipes, we try to achieve to make our dishes as simple AND as cheap as possible at the same time.
We always use basic ingredients and all the recipes are more to simply offer you "ideas" rather than a strict recipe so feel free to add different things like Herbs & Spices or by simply swapping out the main Protein like using Chicken instead of Pork or swapping Mash for Rice etc
Make use of the "search" function below as you can search for food type to get a list using that ingredient, "Rice" will then bring up all Rice based dishes.
All our dishes are 500 Calories or less BUT these may not be suitable for low carb diets etc but have a look around as there are plenty of low carb dishes.
