Macaroni Cheese

Macaroni Cheese (1 Portion)

Macaroni Cheese
50g Macaroni
30g Lightest Philadelphia
30g Light Cheddar
50ml Semi Skimmed Milk
50ml Water
2 Slices Cheap Ham
10g Red Onion


Boil Water and cook Macaroni until “Al dente”

Pre-Heat Oven @200

Fry off the Onion in spray Oil and then add Milk & Philadelphia and cook for 1-2 Minutes

Add 50ml Water and mix/cook for another minute

Take off heat and add chopped up Ham and HALF the Cheddar

Drain Macaroni then add to the mixture (STILL OFF HEAT)

Add to oven Dish with the rest of the Cheddar for about 20-22 Minutes until golden

This is quite filling on its own but I added some roughly chopped veg to dip in 🙂
