75g Red Onion
100g Pepper
2tsp Lidl Balsamic Dressing
Cracked Black Pepper
Spray Oil
Fry Pork on a high heat with Black Pepper using Spray Oil until a nice colour
Cook Veg in Spray Oil on a high heat for 2-3 minutes
Place on plate and drizzle with Dressing
