1 Lidl Salmon Fillet
10g Spring Onion
25g Asda Baby Leaf Salad
15g Blue Cheese Dressing
(Sainsburys – Be Good To Yourself)
Pre-Heat Oven to 200
Cook the Salmon for 10 mins with a little Spray Oil, Black Pepper, Chilli Flakes
(on Tin Foil, Skin side down and covered with Tin Foil)
Uncover Salmon and cook at 175 for ANOTHER 10 minutes.
Allow to cool then refrigerate and serve later.
