Instructions
  1. Boil Water, add Linguine and cook for 9-10 minutes ensuring that you stir every minute or so to avoid it sticking together.
  2. After 3-4 Minutes heat Spray Oil and fry Peppers in a little Garlic Spray oil on a High heat.
  3. After a minutes or so turn heat to medium and add Prawns & Mussel Meat with all herbs etc.
  4. By this time your Linguine should be finished so drain it and add to the rest of the ingredients with a little more Garlic Spray Oil.
  5. Cook for another 1-2 minutes and serve with a little Black Pepper & Chives.
