Ingredients
- 3 Small Boiled Eggs
- 2 tbsp Lidl Reduced Mayo
- 1 Pinch Paprika
- 30 g Delicate Leaf Salad
- 100 g Bell Pepper
- 25 g Red Onion
- 1 tbsp Blue Chse Dressing
- 3-4 Fresh Chives
- 1 Pinch Salt
- 1 Pinch Black Pepper
Servings: Portion
Instructions
- Cut Pre-Boiled Eggs (chilled) in half and take the Yolk out.
- Mix Yolk with Mayonnaise, Salt & Black Pepper.
- Place Mixture in a small Food bag and cut corner to use as a Piping bag.
- Refill Boiled Eggs and Sprinkle Paprika and a little Fresh Chives.
