2 Large Eggs
1 Slice Cheap Ham
30g Philadelphia
35g Mushrooms
10g Spring Onion
Fry off Mushrooms in a little Spray Oil then sit to the side
Mix 2 Eggs with a little Water
Mix Mushrooms, Spring Onion & Philadelphia together
Lightly cook ONE side of Omelette and turn it over then add “Topping Mix” & Ham and finish cooking for 1-2 minutes
Simply fold over and serve
