Healthy Cauliflower Pizza

Base
150g Cauliflower
25g Light Cheddar
1 Egg
Parsley
Pepper
Topping
62g Light Mozzarella
50g Light Pesto
50g Pepper
50g Mushroom
25g Tomato
2 Slices Ham
Basil
Grate Cauliflower and mix in Cheddar, Fresh Parsley & Black Pepper then add One Egg and combine
Cook on greaseproof paper with a little spray Oil for 18 minutes at 190 degrees
Used Pesto as sauce then added toppings and cooked at 190 for 20 minutes
NB: EXTREMELY filling so will make it smaller next time with less topping
Quite stable as a Pizza but a bit heavy with so much on it LOL
This was just under a 9″ Pizza in size with a thin base
