Ingredients
- 100 g Mussel Meat
- 100 g Prawns
- 90 g Mixed Peppers
- 50 g Dry Linguine
- 10 g Small Chili
- 10 Sprays Garlic Spray Oil
- 1-2 Pinch Black Pepper
- 1-2 Pinch Garlic Salt
- 1-2 Pinch Chili Flakes
- 1-2 Pinch Chives

Instructions
- Boil Water, add Linguine and cook for 9-10 minutes ensuring that you stir every minute or so to avoid it sticking together.
- After 3-4 Minutes heat Spray Oil and fry Peppers in a little Garlic Spray oil on a High heat.
- After a minutes or so turn heat to medium and add Prawns & Mussel Meat with all herbs etc.
- By this time your Linguine should be finished so drain it and add to the rest of the ingredients with a little more Garlic Spray Oil.
