Ingredients
- 3 Medium Eggs
- 100 g Prawns
- 40 g Mixed Bell Pepper
- 25 g Cheddar Cheese
- 25 g Red Onion
- 10 g Chili
- 3-5 Sprays Garlic Spray Oil
- 3-5 Sprays Butter Spray Oil
- 1-2 Pinch Chili Flakes
- 1-2 Pinch Black Pepper

Instructions
- Whisk 3 Eggs together.
- Dice up Pepper, Chili & Onion.
- Place Two Pans on a Medium heat.
- In a Medium Pan use Garlic Oil and cook Veg Mix for 2-3 minutes.
- At the same time use a Large Pan with the Butter Spray and Cook Egg Mix for 3-5 Minutes on a Medium heat then season.
- Check the bottom of the Omelette to see the Colour and cook more if needed.
