Ingredients
- 120 g Tuna Steak
- 100 g Peeled Potatoes
- 100 g Sweet Mini Peppers
- 50 g Baby Plum Tomatoes
- 50 g Green Beans
- 50 g Low Fat Pesto
- 3-5 Sprays Garlic Spray Oil
- 1-2 Pinch Black Pepper

Instructions
- Peel Potatoes then Dice and add to cold water, bring to the boil and simmer for a total of 30 minutes.
- With 10 minutes remaining Turn on George Forman and coat both sides of the Tuna with Black Pepper.
- Fry Peppers & Green Beans in a little garlic Spray Oil for 3-5 minutes THEN add the Tomatoes and cook for another 1-2 Minutes.
- Cook Tuna on George Forman but don't go mental... Cook for a minute then turn 90 degrees then turn over and repeat.
