- 50 g Linguine
- 50 g Red Onion
- 35 g Mixed Pepper
- 15 g Chili (one small)
- 5 g Garlic Butter
- 3-5 Sprays Garlic Spray Oil
- 1-2 tsp Cajun Spice
- 1-2 Pinch Chili Flakes
- 1-2 Pinch Black Pepper

Instructions
- Boil Water, add Linguine and cook for 9-10 minutes.
- Drain Linguine and add to the Chicken mix.
