Ingredients
- 1 Chicken Breast
- 150 g Noodles
- 150 g Bell Pepper
- 100 g Green Beans
- 50 g Red Onion
- 3-5 Spray Garlic Spray Oil
- 1-2 Pinch Garlic Powder
- 1-2 Pinch Dried Garlic
- 1-2 Pinch Chives
- 1-2 Pinch Salt
- 1-2 Pinch Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Light Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp Dark Soy Sauce

Instructions
- Main thing here is to get EVERYTHING ready first.
- Chicken: I dice up the Chicken and mix with Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder, Dried Garlic, Chives and stick back in fridge for later.
- Next I cut up Veg trying to make similar sizes and place back in Fridge for later.
- I Turn on Ring to 5 (of 6) and heat up a Wok or Pan with some Garlic Spray Oil and Fry off Chicken until a nice colour then finish off with some Light Soy Sauce.
- Once Chicken looks nearly cooked I add all Veg and fry off for about 2-3 minutes and add a little Spray Oil if needed.
