Ingredients
- 200 g Chicken
- 200 g Mushrooms
- 47 ml Elmlea Single Cream
- 3-5 Sprays Butter Spray Oil
- 1-2 Pinch Black Pepper
- 1 Pinch Salt

Instructions
- Preheat Oven to 200.
- Spray Chicken with Butter Spray Oil and a little Black Pepper.
- Cook for roughly 30 minutes (I cover with foil for the first 20)
- After 25 Minutes Fry Mushrooms in a little Butter Spray Oil on a medium heat roughly 7-8 minutes.
- At the same time use a little Pot and add Spray Oil, Salt and Black pepper to a pan...
- Cook for 2-3 minutes then add Cream and a little more Black Pepper.
- Take out Chicken and sit to one side to rest.
