Ingredients
- 1 Large Egg
- 50 g Plain Flour
- 100 ml Skimmed Milk
- 1 tbsp Chocolate Syrup
- 1 Pinch Salt
- 3-5 Sprays Butter Spray Oil

Instructions
- Add Flour, Salt & Spray Oil to a mixing bowl.
- Add in Milk a little at a time, blending the flour mix in.
- Mix well for 3--5 minutes.
- Set aside for a couple of minutes.
- Transfer to small jug and refrigerate for 25-30 minutes to settle.
